At Serendipity Australia, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products; however, due to the perishable nature of food, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
- 2.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to verify the issue and confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 3.Return Authorization
If a return is required, we will provide you with a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to safely pack the goods.
- 4.Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
